Mrs. Smriti Sharma is Director cum Chief Operational Officer(COO) of Savera InfoTech. She is a great leader and a prominent motivational speaker. She is very passionate about her work and a she passionately heading Savera InfoTech as one of the fastest growing IT company of Jharkhand. She has all the great qualities of top class leadership. She has done her schooling from DAV Public School , Graduation with distinction from Ranchi University and Master of Business Administration (MBA), Specialization in HR and Marketing (Gold Medallist) . She got campus placement in Petroleum and Gas Company as HR and after that she worked with few leading organisation in Ranchi before starting of her own company. Even though she don’t have any formal IT background, her sharp vision about IT is much better then most of computer professionals. She is a Great Leader/Manager and a great person too.
